Begin original custom work with a $250.00 design deposit for two designs. The design deposit covers the creative work. Once you approve the artwork and confirm quantities, you pay for the garments separately.

Quantity tiers are calculated separately for each selected product in this example. Different garments are not combined to unlock a discount. Repeated lines for the same product are combined.
Each product has its own unit prices for 1–9, 10–23 and 24+ garments. Unit prices are set in cents before multiplying. Combining products creates a collection, not an extra bundle discount.
The example includes two starting designs and a $250.00 design deposit, paid separately from the garments. Additional creative scope is confirmed separately.

ORIGINAL CUSTOM DESIGN

- You review the artwork and consolidate feedback before approval.
Initial mockups in about 3 days. You review and approve or request adjustments. Your review time is separate from production and shipping.
Need more than two designs?
Design deposit options: 2 designs $250.00; 3 $300.00; 4 $350.00; 5 $400.00; each design after five adds $75.00. The design deposit covers creative work and is added to your garment cost. Agree revision scope at kickoff.

You: Share garment needs, quantity, logo readiness, and deadline.
UPparel: Establish fit, creative scope, the design deposit, and a realistic schedule.
Design & review
You: Pay the agreed design deposit before original creative work and provide consolidated feedback.
UPparel: Send initial mockups in about 3 days. Client review and adjustments can extend the design stage.
Approve & pay
You: Approve artwork, spelling, names, sizes, and quantities. Confirm the final quantity and pay the garment invoice, shipping, and applicable tax.
UPparel: Confirm product pricing and record the design deposit already paid. Check the fully paid order before production.
Make & deliver
UPparel: Submit the approved order and coordinate production and shipping.
You: Receive the apparel and plan future needs with the team.
A deadline belongs in the first conversation.
Custom orders typically arrive around 28 days after design approval. Production takes about 4–7 days; shipping and handling add time. Full garment payment and complete order details are required before production. Your approval time varies, and your delivery estimate is confirmed for the destination. Preset-order timing is confirmed separately.
